Funding

ReACT is funded under Erasmus+ KA220-HED – Cooperation Partnerships in Higher Education. It was successfully selected and supported by the European Union Erasmus+ Program, recognizing its potential impact on researcher well-being.

Duration

The project began at the end of 2024 and will run until 2027, ensuring a long-term, structured approach to researcher support and institutional change.

Researchers face intense pressure in academia, leading to stress and burnout. ReACT provides tailored support to help them navigate academic challenges more effectively.

Well-being

Mental health is crucial for productivity and innovation. ReACT promotes psychological flexibility and stress management strategies to enhance researchers’ overall well-being.

A web-based platform offers accessible, evidence-based psychoeducational resources, allowing researchers to engage in self-guided mental health interventions.
